I just heard they are remaking "Ice Castles" -- yes the sap-fest with original doomed lovers on skates Robbie Benson and Lynn Holly Johnson; what's next? "Beaches" starring Kristen Davis and Megan Mullaly? Or Terms of Endearment starring Tyne Daly and Amy Brenneman? Or The Champ starring Dakota Fanning and Mickey Rourke? Or Big starring Zac Efron (oh wait, that's been done already). "Pretty Woman" with Amy Adams and, well, Richard Gere? Kramer vs. Kramer with Kate Winslet and Leo (or Mel Gibson and his soon-to-be-ex-wife??). OY!!
