Breaking a Leg ... and a Fever!

Well, a couple of my buddies had to pull out all of the stops to pull off their performances on last week's Grammy Awards. Rox's friend Chris Brown, who had two show-stopping moments on the Grammys -- one with a fantastic segment that featured Smokey Robinson, Lionel Richie, Brown and Christina Aguilera (who blew the roof off with her rendition of "A Man's, Man's World") and the other as a dance pay-off to the In Memorium section where he channeled his inner James Brown ... now, both of his performances were amazing but very few knew that 4 days before the Grammys, Mr. Brown fractured is left ankle playing basketball!! But he wouldn't be stopped and his moves never showed the actual pain he was really in!! What a pro! Speaking of pro...Mr. Timberlake was busy during Grammy week as he rehearsed for his own performance spot as well as with the 3 finalists of the My Grammy Moment contest for that performance. Well, Robyn Troup from Houston (pictured above) might have won the contest but the real trouper was JT who woke up on Sunday morning with a 103-degree temperature. Battling a horrible case of the flu, we were able to get him some antibiotics and he performed like the superstar he is!! And, congrats to all three finalists of the My Grammy Moment ... be on the lookout for more from Robyn and especially Brenda Radney who might not have "won" but who has talent coming out of every pore!! Kudos to everyone who kicked arse at the Grammys ... and can you believe those ratings??? Impressive, darlings, impressive...
