Other Bands to "Panic" About But Not "Disco"

So Rox just listened to Panic at the Disco's latest CD and i actually found it refreshing, melodic, harmonic and laden with deep instrumentation throughout every track. Much less of the urgency and much more of tried and true instrumentation and music creation. Imagine that!!
