With reports that the Material Woman and Guy Ritchie -- her total-hottie husband of more than seven years -- were on the outs, Rox's buddy Liz Rosenberg (and Madge's long-time publicity rep) issued a statement saying, "I am delighted to confirm that Mr. and Mrs. Guy Ritchie remain happily married."

M also debuted her new single (recently changed from "4 Minutes To Save The World" to the less time consuming "4 Minutes) on Ryan Seacrest's morning radio show here in LA. TTGP thinks it has HIT written all over it...oh, yes, and it also has Mr. Timberlake on it so that helps. Kisses.
