This week two M-azing artists make music history, darling lovers!! Mariah moves past Elvis and into the sole possession of second place for the most #1 singles in the rock era, as her scorchin' "Touch My Body" moves from #15-#1 on Billboard's Hot 100 list. This is her 18th #1 and only the Beatles have more with 20. Congrats, Mimi!! And, of course, my Cougar Madonna also makes rock history this week as she dethrones Elvis (tough week for him, no?) as the artist with the most Top 10 singles in the rock era. Before "4 Minutes" started burning up the charts and airwaves, The King and her Madgesty were tied with 36 top 10 singles each. And if you're wondering if "4 Minutes" (with JT, of course) is a hit...this week it moves from #68-#3 in its second week. Woh! I'm all shook up!! This also is Madge's highest chart position since 2000 when "Music" reached #1. In this American Idiot, sorry, "Idol" world we live in it's great to see two veterans still kicking some major aiken!
