I'm quite a little liar, aren't I?! Nonetheless, I spent more time with him yesterday than he had with Cameron for the past couple of months. Rox was hanging backstage at Staples Center in L.A. doing some hanging with JT and some friends. I have to tell you that when I saw JT sit down and eat dinner before his show along with all the rest of the cast and crew I was pretty impressed -- what, no special catering for you? No eating alone in your tricked out bus? Nope, not JT. He is so thrilled to be kicking off his tour which, by the way, is an AMAZING show. It's in the round and so hi-tech without overshadowing the music or his talents. He can sing, dance, play and totally entertain. The only boring part is a 22 minute "intermission" where the producer-of-the-day Timbaland comes out and spins some of his hits. This is when Rox went to the bathroom -- backstage, of course, because I didn't want to be with the rif-raff, natch! Backstage I ran in to Paris Hilton (in all black), Ms. Aguilera (looking FAB), Ellen DeGeneres, and newly "out" Lance Bass, among others. Oh, and before the show started I was walking around and noticed the cutest little ugly dog you've ever seen. I started petting him/her and attached to his leash was none other than P!nk!! Wait, should I be called Rox!e? Hmmm...anywho, she was opening the show for JT and did a fantastic 40 minute set of her current and past hits. The girl can sing and she's in fantastic shape! Overall, a fun event, and JT was as down-to-earth as ever backstage and onstage (no one mention Cameron or Scarlet, fyi)....totally in his element. Michael Jackson, who??!! Oh, cry me a river, MJ, it's JT's time to be the thriller.

I recall saying something along the lines of who needs a Michael Jackson comeback when Justin Timberlake's already taken his spot.
