Apparently CNN has been replaced by E! Entertainment Television at least in the lives of Roxie's circle! Yes, for those of you who have called and emailed me, darlings, yes, Roxie was on E! Monday night talking about Britney's show at House of Blues in San Diego. E! wanted an insider's perspective on the strategy behind the smaller club dates for Brit's comeback. Sources of mine said Brit looked fantastic but only performed for 14 minutes -- all old songs, all lip-synced. What did I say on E!, you ask? Rox told E! News Daily that the smaller venue strategy was a good one for a comeback and it was important for Brit to re-engage through her music not her lack of panties (I didn't say it quite that way, of course, I do have class...it's all third, but I do have class). Anywho, I also said that it will be important for fans to see the musical side of Britney -- honest songs, new songs, human side and, of course, people want to hear her sing...for real...live. But most important for a comeback to be ensured is that she cannot have ANY personal missteps. Because there are two ways to interpret "Oops...she did it again."
