Darlings, although I'm sure she's going to do a fab-bu job singing Etta James' classic "At Last," it does seem too obvious of a choice to have Beyonce perform for Almost-Here Obama, doesn't it? I mean they both are whiter than Rox so that's not the point. Or is it...hmmm...anywho, I do think that there could have been a more inclusive list of singers that could have really ruffled some feathers...such as...Sinead O'Connor or Debbie Boone or Dolly Parton or perhaps Marilyn Manson backed by Mr. Clinton on the sax? Or wait...what if Barry Frickin' Manilow came out singing "CopaObama"? LOVE IT!!! Far be it from me to judge who performs for Barack. I just want it to go smoothly and make sure that "W" is out of the house -- wouldn't it be funny/probable if the "W" took everything except his, say, Neil Sedaka 8-tracks??
